When you get a notification about an Inquiry - how do you check it?

Once you are logged in to your account, select 'My Listings' from the user menu bar.

Step 2

Then select 'View Inquiries'. Each of your listings keeps a record of who has contacted you about your listing and when.

Step 3

|
This will show you a list of the names, contact info, and message sent by the prospective buyer.
Tips:

If you are not getting notification emails be sure to check your SPAM folder.
- If you are not getting inquiries at all be sure to check your listing for errors, or pricing issues vs. similar listings. (Common errors are not selecting a State, or adding an extra unintentional 0 to the price.)
