Existing Arizona Operator (Dispensary) with a cultivation/processing license that they currently are not using, is seeking to lease the paper license to a very strong grower/ brand seeking to expand in the Arizona market.
Existing Arizona Operator also has a "Commercial Shared Kitchen" to lease out totaling 1,000 SF of kitchen space and around 3,000 SF of storage space.
The cultivation/processing license is paper only at this point and can be moved anywhere in the state. The Commercial Kitchen opportunity is an existing operation with additional licensed space to lease out.
Existing operator has already identified potential real estate sites and could/ will be of assistance if qualified candidates need. Arizona also has no limitations on the amount of canopy that can be grown.
