We are an experienced cannabis lender with $20,000,000 ready to deploy into exciting finance opportunities with strong operators. The types of projects we are most interested in include:

  • Sale-leaseback of licensed retail, distribution, manufacturing, and indoor cultivation facilities
    • We will look at deals in any state where cannabis is legal
    • Typical deal size is $1M - $5M
    • We will pay you cash for the appraised value of the real estate (no egregious cannabis premiums or green-zone tax)
      • You can use this cash for construction, working capital, refinancing debt, etc
    • We will then lease the facility back to you and become your landlord
      • Standard terms: 10-year lease at a 12%+ cap rate with a standard collateral package and buyback option
    • We are not interested in outdoor cultivation or greenhouse facilities at this time 
       
  • Term loans secured by assets like real estate and equipment 
    • We are looking for over-collateralized loans secured by real property
    • Typical terms are 2-4 year loans at a 12-15% interest rate 
    • Personal and corporate guarantees are typically required in addition to a standard collateral package
