The property is 1 full acre with an indoor warehouse that measures 4,368 sq ft (104' L x 42' W x 18' H) and a greenhouse 1,536 sq ft (96' L x 16' W). The warehouse is separated into 3 separate grow rooms, a hallway, bathroom/laundry room, office and is perfectly set up for vertical integration.
In the Warehouse, Room 1 is about 700 sq ft, Room 2 is about 1100 sq ft, and Room 3 2100 sq ft. There is a fully functional bathroom with a toilet connected to a 1500 gallon septic tank. We sell around $150,000 in clone sales each year. Buyer would have access to those contacts.
